Kindergarten

I'm not really sure how it happened.  Or how it's possible. But somehow...this little peanut is going to Kindergarten in the fall!  She's all registered and ready to go! Look at her...doesn't she look too little to be going to Kindergarten? I don't blame you if you want to keep staring at that picture...because she is pretty darn cute!  And I get it. She grew up. And I'm so proud of the little person she is and that she is becoming. And she's SO ready for this next adventure. She's SO ready for Kindergarten. She's SO excited for Kindergarten. And now...now we just have to keep telling her that she doesn't get to GO to kindergarten until September! And now...well...eventually, E and I will get to go back to school clothes shopping! We'll go to Target and pick out her school supplies. And this year.  On day 1.  Andy and I will drop her off at SCHOOL (Yes, I'm sure we both will go...we are kind of helic...

Our Weekend

Well.  I think it's safe to say that March has come in like a lion. It's freezing cold and we've shoveled at least 3 new inches of fresh snow off our driveway.  But it didn't stop us from having a great weekend! I got up on Saturday morning and ran.  For the first time in a long time, I ran and it felt AWESOME. Yes, I was on the treadmill.  Yes, I only did 2 miles.  But it was great and that's all that matters.  By 9:30 we were out the door and on our way to the movie theater.  Eleanor has been talking about the Lego Movie all week.  I think it's all about "peer pressure" in this case.  I don't think she really cared to see the movie, but all her friends have been talking about it at school, so, of course, she wanted to go see it.  Believe it or not, Eleanor doesn't really ask to go do a lot of things or ask for a lot of things, so this was something we could easily oblige.  And I mean, seriously!...
