Moving Day

There is a chance, that at this moment, my son is trying to escape my body through my side, directly below my rib cage.  And when he realizes he can't get out that way, he wiggles over to the left side...and then flips, butt, back, head, or feet first back to the left side.

Honestly, at first, I thought I was having Braxton Hicks.  I don't remember having those with Eleanor, but I didn't really know what Braxton Hicks were.

They aren't false contractions...it's just Baby B.  Oy vey...It's literally painful.

I said to Andy tonight, this is what mile 20 of a marathon must feel like.  You are ready for the next 6.2.  You were born ready.  You trained for this.  Now it's just the mental game.

Tonight, I'm losing the mental game.  I'm tired and he's hurting me.  I get tired going up the stairs.
Stay in there baby B...keep cookin - growing big and strong.  But, please...cut your momma some slack too!

Sooooo....I thought I'd share with you my favorite picture from moving day.
When we got to the house, we found this lovely table, a few extra chairs, a science fair project and some mirrors at the bottom of our driveway....As I was standing there, directing the movers and our over abundance of furniture, I looked over in the mirror and chuckled.....just look at that belly.

I do love that beautiful belly...knowing my son is growing inside.  Knowing the miracle that is occurring every minute of my day.  And what a fun picture to document two monumental life occasions!
